The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

  • Previous positions as a Head Coach or Assistant Coach at a Senior Representative level (VBL, BigV, SEABL, NBL1) (Mandatory)

  • Minimum ‘Club’ Accreditation or equivalent (Mandatory)
  • Previous Senior Representative playing experience (preferred)
  • Demonstrated history in basketball
  • Demonstrate knowledge & understanding at the desired level
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with key stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit players where required, and elevate CBA Jr and YL representative program players to meet objectives
  • Ability to lead, train, and communicate with players in a disciplined and professional manner
